Product overview GW2021-2 No-Clean Flux
GW2021-2 is made of improved rosin resin ,organic active agent,various additives and solvent. It has excellent solderability, shining & full solder spot, good tin-penetration ability and even-spreading. It can apply to the welding temperature of various leadless solders. It is an ideal No-clean flux for leadless solder.
